WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As Director of Central Sales, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a go to market strategy and driving forward sales performance management, in order to achieve global sales excellence.

Furthermore, you will also be responsible for:
  • Defining and implementing distribution objectives.
  • Defining a global scorecard, sales reporting, analysis and internal and external benchmarking and driving sales performance management using these methods.
  • Leading the development of a global recruiting, training, evaluation and career development program.
  • Coordinating and leading global sales planning and forecasting.
  • Leading global pricing implementation within the given framework and coordinate pricing among regions.
  • Leading global sales projects and input and contributing to HQ projects.
  • Prioritizing and streamlining communication between markets and HQ.
  • Defining CRM system and processes, and leading their implementation and usage.
WHAT WE EXPECT
As the ideal candidate for this position, you are a high performing leader with a strong track record in global B2B Sales

Furthermore, your profile includes the following:
  • Proven track record of global sales planning and implementation of market strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for achieving results.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • At least 8 years' experience in sales, including leadership experience.
  • Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus.

Our attractive salary packages include a number of benefits such as a company restaurant and various sports. Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is at least € 57.000, - gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
