HR MANAGER

The HR manager plays an important role in contributing to the success of Vizrt in the South East European region. By professionalizing our human resources processes and advising our management team we expect the HR manager to contribute to the success of our business.

Essential duties: 

• Take ownership, develop and professionalize our recruiting processes, this includes to work proactively with employer branding

• Develop and professionalize the employee life cycle in Vizrt including onboarding, competence development, performance follow up and KPI reviews, succession and off boarding of employees.

• Advisor to the President and the management team on all personnel matters

• Responsible for personnel administration, visa approvals and time reporting

• Responsible for the regions CSR activities and reporting

Desired skills for this position: 

• Bachelor in HRM or equivalent

• 5-10 years’ experience from similar position

• Extensive experience from recruiting, performance and KPI follow up, competence development and training is needed

• Must be knowledgeable of labour law

• Computer literate, in addition to Microsoft products, must be familiar with talent management software and business intelligence software

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• The right person is a team player, proactive and independent

• To be reliable and trustworthy with high integrity is a must

• Able to take decisions, have a pragmatic view when needed and with a good commercial understanding

The HR manager will join the Global HR team and will report to the President in the South East European region as well as per function to the EVP Global HR. Location for the position is Vomp, just outside Innsbruck. The right candidate must have a valid passport, since the position will include some travelling.
