As to ensure and enhance our highest quality standards we are looking for an experienced and pro-active team member in our office in Klaus/Vorarlberg, Austria.

Your tasks

• you act as internal consultant and care taker with regard to quality issues on an international level, where you enhance and maintain our quality system and network of Q-ambassadors
• you accompany or lead quality projects (e.g. restructuring, change, improvements, …)
• you coach and develop the quality team
• you carry out internal and external audits together with your team
• you develop and lead our internal idea process as process keeper
• you ensure and render services with regard to Q-topics

Your profile

• you have many years of professional experience with regards to processes, quality topics and projects
• you have experience in organizational development and leading teams
• you have very strong communication and networking skills and convince others through your competence
• your working style is characterized by your hands-on mentality and your service orientation
• ideally you have a technical affinity and/or understanding
• you have a very good knowledge of English, German is favorable
