|TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (F/M)|

|WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT|
|As part of the global Trade Marketing team you will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering trainings for our employees from diverse target groups within Swarovski Professional. With your expertise and ideas you will take the existing training program to the next level. As part of your job you will identify and evaluate training needs within the B2B business (focusing on Marketing and Sales) and develop & implement on-the-job training programs. You will be responsible for a broad range of training activities: From on-boarding programs and the "Training week" for new employees to the development of regional training concepts to enable and support our sales staff at the launch of new products and marketing concepts. Further more you will create brochures and training materials, develop multimedia visual aids & presentations and provide the Marketing & Sales team with classroom trainings and demonstrations. Over all you will strongly contribute to effectively implement new marketing programs and to improve employee's capabilities.|
|WHAT WE EXPECT|
|Working as a professional in the field of training and employee development you will be instrumental in improving and developing our training programs. The successful candidate for this position shows excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication & presentation skills and the ability to manage projects in an efficient and effective way. You demonstrated initiative and are able to work under deadlines with minimal supervision. You should have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a comparable position and show a proven track record in developing and delivering trainings. A university degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics or a comparable subject is a prerequisite. Your work approach is characterized by problem solving abilities and deep knowledge in needs assessment and performance measurement methods.This position is exactly what you are looking for if you are able to motivate, persuade and inspire your peers from different hierarchy levels.|
|WHAT WE OFFER|
|The collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is at least € 37.700,- gross. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer an attractive package of market-based supplemental salary & social benefits.|
