Main Tasks

• Perform incident reporting in accordance with applicable statutory requirements
• Establish and maintain quality system related workflows, processes and procedures
• Monitor performance of MED-EL marketed medical device products, including quality data trending and product reliability analysis
• Evaluate complaints investigations, root cause identification and document results
• Compile and analyze post market data for product submissions, clinical evaluations and annual reports

Requirements

• Degree in a technical/medical field (University, FH) or equivalent education
• Knowledge of medical device manufacturer quality systems and regulations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, German is desired
• Responsible, independent, analytical and solution-oriented approach

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 36,154.72
