Main Tasks

• Perform vulnerability scans and penetration tests to identify security vulnerabilities that could impact IoT devices and applications
• Provide inputs/technical expertise to development teams to design and develop secure IoT devices and services
• Review hardware and software designs from a security point of view
• Recommend and advice on the implementation of security controls
• Assist in security risk assessments

Requirements

• Higher degree in information security, computer science or software engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of working experience in information security field
• Knowledge of communication protocols (Bluetooth/BLE) and best practices for designing secure embedded systems and firmware
• Good programming skills in one of the languages such as Python, C/C++, C#, JavaScript, or similar
• Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 37,022.44
