Your Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, monthly controlling and reporting for Procurement functional costs
• Support controlling activities for our Sparkplug Technology subsidiary in Kapfenberg.  This covers planning, actuals reporting, accounting entries and margin analysis
• Support controlling activity around the INNIO-wide set-up of invoice and purchase order approval levels.  This covers system controls, updates and process improvements
• Check and approve updates and additions to our supplier database
• Act as business point of contact for accounting system set-up of indirectly purchased items in the INNIO subsidiaries
• Act as Finance approver for purchase orders for the Procurement function
• Support the Procurement function in areas such as credit applications, price variances and other ad hoc reports

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent (Master’s appreciated)
• First experience in a finance/controlling role
• Proficient Microsoft Office and excellent Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and good fundamental accounting knowledge
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Clear thinker and a real team player
• Flexible, hands-on attitude and works well with deadlines
• Fluent in English, German skills are desired
• A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.763,02 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
