Indirect Service Market Manager (m/f/d)

• Manage collaboration, customer retention, and strategic interests
• Ensure service quality, financial performance, and contract execution
• Interface between KPI owners, Channel Partners, and customers for service topics
• Prepare and present service performance data to ISM Lead
• Own MSA contract order intake and align with Service Sales
• Set DPPP KPI-targets, monitor achievement, and contribute to service strategy
• Enable streamlined MSA business execution
• Ensuring common data quality with our distributors 
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar 
• Strong commercial background with relevant education and experience in a customer-facing role
• Technical expertise and affinity 
• Experience in contract and process management 
• Business judgement with an understanding of P&L metrics
• Independant communicator and facilitator
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
• Fluency in English; any other languages like German are beneficial
