The Lead Global Category Manager (m/f/d) is a key role within the INNIO Direct Material Procurement Team which will have responsibilities for raw materials, small machined components and compensators. Drive for the achievement of procurement related product requirements (e.g. Target costs etc.)</li></ul>Your Profile: <ul><li>Very good working experience in strategic procurement, supply chain or a technical role within an international company operating in a relevant industry to INNIO</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business management related discipline or relevant work based experience</li><li>An excellent technical aptitude, complemented by strong business acumen, as well as influencing, negotiation and facilitating skills</li><li>Knowledge of reciprocating engines and/or the power generation sector</li><li>Experienced in full life cycle project management of projects (including strategy development)</li><li>Strong customer service mindset with ability to improve internal customer relationships</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Team player mentality with a continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Fluent in English (oral and written), German and/or other language skills are an advantage</li><li>Experienced with the use of all Microsoft Office applications with an advanced level in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time to our global supply base</li></ul>The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
