Essential Responsibilities: - Analysis and optimization of existing production processes in engine and unit assembly, test bench & paint area - Planning and implementation of new technologies and assembly processes for current engines and New Product Introduction engines - Planning, procurement & implementation of equipment such as torque tools, assembly fixtures & part presentation - Creating and updating of assembly BoM`s and routings including setting time determination - Technical interface to external companies such as equipment suppliers and engineering offices - Participate in design reviews, provide estimated manufactured costs for various designs and materials - Support development program tollgate reviews and participate in weekly status meetings - Design and supervision of investment projects - Creative Collaboration in Lean Six Sigma projects and New Product Introduction - Consideration of quality aspects in all tasks
Qualifications/Requirements: - Completed technical studies (FH- or university degree); experience in Supply Chain or assembly advantageous - Good CAD and MS Office skills - Experience in working with ERP systems (ideally Oracle) - Excellent project management and organizational skills - Experience leading six sigma and lean workouts & implementing - German and English, spoken and written - Independent, proactive and structured functioning - Excellent analytical skills and technical creativity - Safe and binding occurrence - Availability for 6 months - The workplace is Jenbach / Tyrol - Work permit in Austria is a prerequisite for this position (non-EU citizens: please enclose the application)
According to Austrian law job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EURO 1884.21 gross monthly. Please note that this is the very minimum salary and will most likely be higher. The effective salary is based on the candidate’s Qualification and Experience and will be negotiated accordingly.
