Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Continuous Improvement Office Team within the Global Quality Organization
• Support the management and implementation of cross-functional process improvement projects
• Develop and set up employee training programs (both hybrid and in-person) and facilitate their rollout across the organization
• Administer and support the progression and distribution of improvement ideas through the INNIOvative idea management program

Your Profile:

• Currently pursuing studies in an economical or technical subject, or holding a similar educational background
• Demonstrates curiosity for new applications and has a strong enthusiasm for IT
• Possesses strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
• Exhibits an independent and structured approach to work, with a high willingness to learn and an open-minded attitude
• Interested in completing a six-month internship
• Fluent in both German and English
• A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.548,82 gross per month (x 14).
