Internship HR Operations and Payroll (m/f)

• Assist the stabilization phase & issue resolution
• Support the optimization of TMF after Go-Live and be part of the improvement team for delivering quality
• Tracking issues per country & own the resolution
• Identification and creation of CRs (change requests) and addition/removal of countries
• Support project documentation and closure of the projects  
• Capture meeting governance, meeting minutes and track actions for effective operational governance
• Take over small initiatives/projects and execute them
• Assist in optimizing the global service delivery model for HR Operations & Payroll
• Support in planning new country roll-outs
• Documentation of processes and simplification

• Ongoing / finished studies in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources Management
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to communicate with people from different countries
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
• Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when privy to sensitive information
• Fluent in English, German is desirable 
• Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The base salary is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is EUR 2.043,81 gross per month.
