Internship Sourcing (m/f)

• Support system administration, purchase orders, work-flows, request for quotations (RFQs) etc.
• Collect legal documents from our suppliers, upload and track in the system etc.
• Help prepare comparison tables
• Follow up and / or send reminders to suppliers 
• Be responsible for operational data cleaning support 
• Work and support different projects e.g. develop a contract database, evaluate Direct Material Influence (DMI) data to identify suppliers with high inflation and root causes etc. 

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Business Administration or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced level in Excel and experience with ERP systems of advantage
• Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
• Valid work permit for Austria & available for min. 6 months full-time

The base salary is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is EUR 2.043,81 gross per month.
