IT RETAIL SUPPORT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (F/M)
Location: Hall / Tyrol / Austria

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of application support pertaining to issues occurring on production systems, overall system quality, testing and release management.

Your main tasks include:
  • Reviewing and prioritizing issues to be fixed and released into production systems
  • Ensuring that the support team follows best practices
  • Managing & improving the existing support & QA processes and solutions, also in cooperation with external consultants and vendors
  • Analyzing the current state of production software applications and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working with IT and Business to define service level objectives and expectations and create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Creating metrics-based reports and dashboards to provide visibility and awareness of application support & QA activities
  • Guiding and implementing automation and regression testing scenarios
  • Providing adequate system quality by shortening system down-times and reducing software failures
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with deep Retail business and IT knowledge as well as these qualifications:
  • Master's Degree related to Information Technology and/or Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the respective IT area
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of application support tools and techniques
  • Understanding of test management and test process according to ITIL standards
  • Broad overview of the IT procedures, organization and responsible people
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and German
WHAT WE OFFER
Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is at least € 37.000,- gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
