Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a broad set of strategic, transformational and functional enhancement projects from design and initiation through to implementation
  • The role will interact with all initiative owners and project managers assigned to value creation program (VCP) as well as the Quality Team to track, monitor progress, and report on status and KPIs for all initiatives on an ongoing basis (at least monthly)
  • Creating transparency and visibility for the executive management team with dashboards and leading/lagging indicators
  • Liaising and coordinating with Finance team to confirm the P&L (or FCF) impact of value creation initiatives
  • Acting in a challenge and support role to the initiative owners, being a service and support role to the initiative owners so that they can focus on actual implementation
  • Providing consistency to internal discussions and progress reviews by applying rigorous and methodical reviews (incl. risk reports)

Further responsibilities:

  • Preparing slide decks for Business Review Meetings (BRM) to report out on progress of the Value Creation Program projects and initiatives
  • Site visits and check-ins with functional leaders and project/ initiative owners
  • Preparation of adhoc materials for discussions within the management team or with the shareholders
  • Preparation of offsite or strategic discussion meetings
  • M&A tracking and monitoring (deal pipeline)
  • Supporting any other tasks assigned to the Transformation Officer – even if not directly related to the VCP

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Proven track record in working in an ambiguous environment and with senior leaders
  • Ability to manage a cross-functional, matrix team within a large multinational organization and a large financial responsibility/impact
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Structured and reliable to deliver output in high quality and on time
  • Able to see the big picture
  • Excellent analytical skills – Alteryx, Tableau are a Plus; Python is an extra bonus point
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High level motivation and determination; entrepreneurial; self-starter used to work in a dynamic environment
  • Problem solving skills and ability to act with the sense of urgency
  • Able to communicate with impact to key partners and stakeholders
  • Adaptable/flexible, open to change in response to new information, new or unexpected circumstances
  • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions
  • Business Management or Technical Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Fluent German and/or English speaker. Other languages will be a plus

A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for one of the positions (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application). According to Austrian law, job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position, the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EUR 2.883,03 gross per month.
