(Junior) Area Sales Manager - Africa and Middle East

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as (Junior) Area Sales Manager - Africa and Middle East either in our plant in Johann in Tyrol (Austria) or Brilon (Germany).

Your Tasks

Develop and maintain customer accounts (distributors, industry clients, fabricators and architects) in the designated market sector.
Liaise with distributors and customers to provide product information, training, and support.
Foster strong customer relations and contribute to their development.
Handle customer complaints following the prescribed procedures.
Provide technical advice when required.
Assure a constant sustainable market growth with the existing business partners and develop new customers.
Constant usage of Customer Relationship Management Systems.

Our Requirements

Ideally based in St. Johann in Tyrol (Austria) or Brilon (Germany).
Alternatively willingness to operate out of one of the plants for the first 12 to 24 months.
Degree preferred in Business Studies, Marketing or other related discipline.
Ideally experience in a customer facing role.
Good communicator, with excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Flexibility to travel with demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.
An understanding of the furniture, construction or specification sectors can be advantageous.
Good standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of databases.
Driving license.
