|PRICING MANAGER / ANALYST (F/M)|

|WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT|
|As part of the global Pricing team you will be responsible for strengthening and further implementing the Swarovski Professional pricing strategy. Working closely with other global and regional departments your main task will be to implement a pricing reporting framework which provides transparency and identifies the maximum price optimization potential. You will then be accountable for tracking, monitoring and continually improving defined pricing performance metrics. We are seeking an individual who can apply an efficient and effective pricing process, supported by cohesive policies, procedures and systems. You will be responsible for contributing to our pricing strategy and defining short-term pricing actions. You are able to communicate to business stakeholders and train other colleagues on the new strategy.|
|WHAT WE EXPECT|
|Working as a team player you will be instrumental in supporting all decision making with respect to pricing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both, English and German, as well as the ability to interact with and present to senior management members is essential. The successful candidate will show an attention to detail and the ability to learn new skills. You should have ideally 2 years' experience as a business, sales or financial analyst/controller, first experience in pricing is of course an advantage. Demonstrable knowledge of data analysis and simulation is a prerequisite. Advanced skills in MS Excel are a must have. Skills in SAP / SAP BI and a background within the fashion industry or B2B marketing would be preferred.|
|WHAT WE OFFER|
|The collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is at least € 36.700 gross. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer an attractive package of market-based supplemental salary & social benefits.|
