Your Responsibilities:

• Independent and early identification of potential issues of our installed base as well as present findings to cross-functional review boards
• Create and maintain relationships with internal and external key decision makers
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Sourcing, etc.) as well as Suppliers to ensure cost refunding
• Request and support root cause analysis out of CSA (=Contractual Service Agreement) unplanned field issues
• Strong cooperation with Finance to ensure a correct cost booking
• Accurate interpretation of contracts for legitimacy
• Support ongoing improvement and cost reduction projects

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in commercial & business administration combined with work experience in a technical environment OR degree from a Higher Technical College (e.g. HTL) combined with technical work experience
• Experience with Jenbacher Product range is preferred but not necessary 
• Experience working within the service business / after-sales business 
• Strong customer focus & hands on mentality
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and English
