Project Manager - Business Transformation for leading Private Equity Investor (m/f/d)

INNIO Jenbacher, a leading international manufacturer and service provider of gas engines (>1bn€ revenues) is seeking an experienced Project Manager Business Transformation for its major Private Equity investor - Advent International. 

INNIO Jenbacher is headquartered in Jenbach, Austria - the role is located across Europe with frequent business travels to Jenbach.
The role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and complements the Transformation Office Team, responsible for driving the transformation and performance improvement of INNIO.

Tasks:

• Drive implementation of strategic and operational improvements of processes, organisation and systems across multiple business functions and segments
• Support senior executive team and functional leaders in execution of the transformation roadmap
• Identify any risks in the transformation and develop strategies to overcome or address these
• Collaborate effectively with all functions / departments across the entire organization
• Be partner for the business and provide hands-on operational support
• Enhance and own controlling tools to monitor progress of implementation projects
• Drive business performance through improved information on and control of steering-relevant financial and operational KPIs
• Ensure open and transparent communication / documentation between management team, shareholders and Transformation Office

Profile:

• Very strong experience in Top Management Consultancy and / or Big4 audit companies
• Graduate degree in business / engineering
• Experience in restructuring, performance improvement, organizational development and change management
• Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial / pragmatic mindset and get-things-done mentality
• Reliable and diligent personality with eagerness to contribute to the success of the team
• Previous experience of working within a Private Equity backed business of advantage
• Excellent communicator, experienced in driving performance and team spirit, used to managing conflicting priorities with multiple functions and able to cooperatively find solutions
• Thrives on stress and project deadlines
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing, German a clear plus
