Project Manager - Digital Transformation (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and managing sub-projects for digital transformation initiatives
• Help driving concept and scope definitions and feature design by involving all necessary experts
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications or user stories for software developers
• Closely collaborate with a global digital development team and with stakeholders in all functions to drive digital transformation by implementing sustainable solutions
• Support established product owners in maintaining a healthy well prioritized backlog
• Contribute to delivery of our software releases organized and executed in scrum teams
• Assist in driving execution under time and cost pressure, while ensuring high quality and scalable outcomes with strong prioritization skills
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders on various organizational levels

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering or related
• Passionate about software development and Digitalization
• Basic understanding and first insights in agile software development
• First experience in project management, ideally with global and virtual teams
• Fundamental knowledge of business needs and high learning capability to understand business processes with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
• Strong team player, inclusive & open minded approach, high say/do ratio, strong interpersonal skill-set
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The minimum salary for this position is in accordance with the Austrian collective agreement and amounts at least EUR 3.003,80 gross per month (x 14 payments), over-payment possible depending on your qualifications and experience.
