Project Specialist Service – Concession (m/f/d)

The Project Specialist Service – Concession (m/f/d) is responsible for the execution of global concession claims submitted primarily by internal regional stakeholders and at times directly by our authorized distributors or direct customers. In this role, responsibilities overlook the complete resolution cycle. This includes the evaluation, clarification, and verification of the concession claim. You will make decisions about the concession claim execution, follow up on decisions made and align with relevant stakeholders. This role has high visibility and plays a critical role in ensuring both business success and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Global execution/processing of all Jenbacher concession claims and proactive/continuous development of related processes
• Independent decision making on concession case execution and proactive cross functional alignment
• Lead and define process & target definition to increase customer satisfaction and cost avoidance
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Finance, Sourcing, Operations, etc.) as well as suppliers to ensure cost refunding and quick resolution of issues for our customers
• Drive strategic projects to optimize business processes and performance
• Keeping records in concession database up to date and complete to ensure dashboard accuracy

Your Profile:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in any economical field OR technical background (electrical / mechanical, HTL)
• Advanced in managing several projects simultaneously in a fast paced/dynamic environment
• Strong continuous improvement and change management skills paired with strong customer focus and hands-on mentality
• Team player, high reliable with a high say-do ratio
• Ability to interface and influence multiple stakeholders also at senior levels
• Ideally but not a must (first) experience with Jenbacher product range (service and/or technical experience preferred)
• Strong MS-Office and ERP skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
