Rossignol: Sales Associate

ROSSIGNOL Group is looking for a Sales Associate for the Rossignol Store based in Innsbruck, Austria - Permanent and full time work contract. 

Description of the work

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

The Sales Associate will:

• Build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity;
• Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of store objectives;
• Strive to always increase brand and product knowledge;
• Ensure superlative customer service standards, in order to meet customer expectations;
• Deliver the ultimate brand experience to increase customer loyalty;
• Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customers;
• Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met.

Profile

• Fluency in German and in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
