Your Repsonsibilities:- Selling INNIO products in Israel and potential other EU country with defined and established distributors' base
- Own distributor relationship throughout the entire sales cycle from lead identification, negotiation and deal closure
- Executes on operational plan for own department/territory
- Handling negotiations on price, payment and delivery terms within DOA for the level of own's roles.
- Selling mostly standard & tailored new Unit (Energy) Solutions into existing segment to existing and established distributors
- Monitor, maintain and deliver strategic market intelligence on a regular basis to help formulate and drive end user business development strategy to secure orders for new product opportunities.
- Expand product visibility and awareness with the distributor by participating in regional product and industry conferences, hosting customer events and supporting regional marketing and communications activities
- Interface with Regional Business Operations and Finance teams and support regional leader to provide monthly and quarter orders commitments and associated updates in salesforce.com
- Contribute to regional Service ITO process and provide inputs as needed for internal INNIO Deal Reviews (DRM) and other tollgate processes as required on deal by deal basis
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business or equivalent work experience in similar area
- Several years of commercial experience in sales in the power gen Industry
- Previous experience executing order intake via distributors’ network
- Ability to communicate effectively with Distributors/Customers and within company
- Good understanding of the market, competitors and potential customers in assigned territory
- Customer focus mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- Persuasive skills to influence decision-making process
- Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition
- Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to sell a technical solution
- Understanding of business finance in selling products and/or services
- Fluent in English
- Based at the INNIO Headquarters in Jenbach, Ability to travel ~30%
