Services Supply Chain Data Analyst (m/f/d)

The Services Supply Chain Data Analyst supports the development, implementation, and improvement of the service procurement areas from demand generation to procurement and goods receipt. This includes the analysis of large data sets to derive actionable insights and identify trends. At the very heart of this steering approach is the design and implementation to understand the key questions: ‘what has happened and why’, ‘what will happen’, and ‘how can it be actively influenced’.

Your Responsibilities

• Creation of data-driven analyses to support the service procurement areas  from demand generation to procurement and  goods receipt
• Development of solutions for the discovery of all potentials for the further development of global service supply chain processes
• Analytical support of the procurement areas for spare parts to increase material availability
• Independent promotion, coordination and documentation for the development of new service supply chain concepts and support from the definition of requirements to the implementation of the solution
• Independent processing of the optimization program to increase spare parts availability in the procurement area as well as management of the subsequent activities in close cooperation with internal and external employees
• Active participation in the implementation and further development of an Advanced Demand Planning Tool

Your Profile:

• University degree in data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
• Several years experience in data analytics
• Ability to visualize results by using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and program by using tools like R Studio or Python & general understanding of BI-tools
• Experience in statistical analysis with large data sets using Python or R preferred; knowledge how to derive data with basic SQL is a plus
• Ability to summarize large amounts of complex data into (management) reports, including experience in data visualization and data storytelling
• Fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial
• A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.310,48 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
