Team Leader - Customer Site Management (m/f/d) German Speaker

The Team Leader - Customer Site Management (m/f/d) is responsible for leading the site management team to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the site management team to achieve operational excellence
• Plan and schedule all site activities within the team, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular, constructive feedback
• Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure high service quality and smooth workflows
• Supervise field service scheduling, technician dispatch, and tooling management (including shipments, calibration, rentals, audits, and invoicing)
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in close coordination with the project team
• Provide technical support to the team, customers, and partners; lead root cause analysis and drive technical issue resolution
• Organize and deliver training sessions for team members on processes, systems, and safety standards
• Foster professional growth and career development within the team
• Support and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction
• Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for site operations
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct and participate in job interviews to select and onboard new team members

Your Profile:

• Educational background in Engineering (mechanical or electrical)
• Experience in site management for power plant execution, including material management
• Experience with products from INNIO and plant components
• Performance-oriented personality
• Proficiency in problem-solving
• Good communication skills with people on construction site as well as executive level
• Excellent German and English (writing and speaking), other languages as a plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Team player with strong ability to motivate
• Self-starter mentality and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally more than 50% (around the world)
