Training Program Specialist (m/f/d)

The Training Program Specialist (m/f/d) drives the execution of the Jenbacher field technicians training programs and identifies continuous improvement opportunities. Furthermore, the person in this role acts as the single point of contact for internal and external field service leaders regarding their certification programs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of the processes defined within the Jenbacher Field Service Training Programs for INNIO, distributors and key-accounts
• Onboard new accounts through kick-off calls, training and continuous support for field technicians and their managers
• Work on certification/qualification concepts for new stakeholders
• Support regular reviews and continuous improvement of processes, define and develop standardized reports, communicate program, and process changes and updates with internal/external stakeholders
• Manage certification data in the internal Learning Management System and help to identify new or additional training needs
• Make sure all compliance, integrity and EHS guidelines are continuously followed

 

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business or similar
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn and deal with the implementation of state-of-the-art and sustainable educational processes
• Excellent organizational skills as well as a structured and accurate learning data management
• Good communication and presentation skills in German and in English language
• Ability to develop creative ideas independently and in collaboration with teams
• Ability to work independently and proactively with all levels of the internal and/or external organization
• Strong proficiency with common MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with BI tools and web technologies
  
  

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.310,48 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
