Vertriebsmitarbeiter International - Sales & Customer Support Representative (m/f/d)

Wolftank Adisa GmbH, based in Innsbruck, is part of the international, publicly listed Wolftank Group, a company committed to environmental protection and green technologies for sustainable mobility. With a global footprint, the group operates in areas ranging from the maintenance of petrochemical facilities to the development of infrastructure for hydrogen, LNG, and e-mobility.

To strengthen the international sales team for our industrial coating products division, we are looking for a dedicated and sales-oriented team member who enjoys working in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing support and strategic development of an international customer base in close cooperation with product management and internal sales teams
• Independent communication with customers and business partners both nationally and internationally
• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships, including international travel (approx. 20%)
• Assisting in the preparation of quotations, technical documents, and marketing materials
• Participation in trade fairs and industry conferences
• Market potential analysis and follow-up on sales offers
• Contributing to sales planning and performance reporting

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed higher education (University or University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent professional experience with strong technical understanding
• Basic knowledge of business administration and sales processes
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is considered a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools
• Strong customer and service orientation combined with analytical thinking and a structured work approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently, coupled with strong organisational and teamwork skills
