Application Support PTC Windchill (m/f/d)

The Application Support PTC Windchill helps to support INNIO’s Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) program enabling a common PLM platform for all business functions & -divisions globally. A good sense for cross-functional alignment opportunities, identifying & realizing simplification efforts along with productivity improvements and a strong focus on harmonization are key for this role.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and plans platform releases whilst maintaining productivity
• Designs platform upgrades and is responsible for their successful implementation
• Managing the migration and update of applications 
• Interacts closely with the business in order to understand their needs
• Designs business processes and creates workloads
• Performs monthly status reports and offers remote assistance 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Profound experience with Windchill and the corresponding tool kit (PDMlink, PTC navigate, etc.) is a must
• Experience in the following domains: PLM Methodology, BoM Lifecycle, Data Migration, Change Process, Data Classification is highly appreciated
• Experience with Oracle, SQL and XML is beneficiary
• Having hands-on mentality 
• Fluent in German and English
• Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.960,87 gross per month (x 14) and an over-payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
