Data & Process Mining Specialist (m/f/d)

With the growing amounts of data available, the Data & Process Mining Expert provides insights and support through analyses in solving business process issues. These analyses will be done in our Process Mining application Celonis, in which the actual processes are calculated and visualized. The Data & Process Mining Expert is a data driven expert who accurately analyses and monitor real processes, extracting data from event logs to spot inefficiencies, deviation, and bottlenecks.

Your Responsibilities:    

• Identify process gaps and data quality issues impacting the quality of analyses and provide and/or support the development of solutions 
• Execute, supervise, and support advanced analyses that aid data-driven decision-making and process automation 
• Conceptualize, design, and implement reports to drive measures supporting the Service strategy
• Partner with stakeholders in different regions to design and develop reports and ensure that they perform as expected 
• Identify trends from sources of raw data to increase the efficiency of the Service organization 
• Participate in the development of metrics and data quality rules, including dashboards, KPIs, and other measurements of success for business stakeholders, allowing them to drill into key aggregated values 
• Think logically toward problem solving with keen insights for business solutions and the analytical steps required to execute them through dashboards and reports 
  

Your Profile:    

• Completed university studies with a focus on Business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent      
• Experience with Process optimization issues, data analysis and affinity to work with process mining/analytics technology and methodology (e.g., Celonis)     
• Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python     
• Strong problem solving-skills with the ability to break challenges into component parts, determine root causes of anomalies and derive pragmatic solutions     
• Strong interpersonal and proactive communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders     
• Data-driven mindset and passionate about processes, technology, and data  
• Fluency in English, proficiency in any other language is a plus 
• A valid work permit for Austria as a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.591,87 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
