Your Responsibilities:

• Act as a specialist in cross-company Environmental Social Governance (=ESG) initiatives and corresponding analytics to continuously expand INNIO’s global sustainability platform and sustainable impact
• Lead and supervise project management work streams around ESG activities, strategy execution and corresponding ESG KPI’s and dashboards
• Foster systematic alignment of INNIO corporate disclosures with generally accepted ESG reporting standards and frameworks
• Coordinate activities around successful annual non-financial disclosures (ESG reporting), 3rd party assurance process and various ESG ratings
• Continuously monitor and review changes, updates, and expectations within the broad international sustainability space to successfully position INNIO for changing external requirements, trends and to drive positive impact

Your Profile:

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree with focus on Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Strategy, Business Administration, or closely related subject
• Solid working experience in field of ESG, Sustainability, Environment with demonstrated track record of implemented initiatives
• Solid knowledge of ESG reporting and framework standards and trends
• High personal dedication and interest towards sustainability and positive change with drive to make impact
• Ability to effectively collaborate within internal and external stakeholders & networks (e.g. NGO’s, academia, ESG advisors, professional associations and others)
• Great project management and project facilitation skills
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
• Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
