TRANSPORT LOGISTIC SPECIALIST (M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Transport organization and coordination (all modes, global origins and destinations)
• Preparation and creation of shipping documents for customs clearance
• Co-facilitator and manager for the “Shipping Workflow community”
• Dangerous goods safety co-adviser
• Leading projects and driving initiatives to improve processes, costs and compliance

Desired Qualifications: 

• ADR
• IMDG
• ICAO / IATA
• Intense attention to details

Requirements:

• Strong experience in operational logistics & customs experience including active supplier network
• Fluent in English & German
• Proven team player
• IT / ERP knowledge
• Strong customer mindset
• Effective problem solving as well as good analytical, presentation and facilitating skills
• Strong communication skills
