TELE-SALES SPECIALIST - GERMAN (AND DUTCH) SPEAKER (M/F)

Description

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Specialist - German (and Dutch) Speaker (m/f) in either Jenbach/Austria or Budapest/Hungary. 

Responsibilites:

• re-activate lost customers and lost services segments and retain recovered customers and services segments via Tele-Sales activities in assigned territory
• offer and sell pre-defined spare parts packages (incl. remanufactured parts), field service jobs and standard upgrades
• follow-up on & close-out offers prepared by Services Commercial Operations team based on customer inquiries
• report opportunities, orders and leads through opportunity management system SFDC (salesforce.com)
• work with regional sales and customer service managers to identify target fleet/customers and related sales opportunities
• leverage leads from INNIO´s Digital Platforms
• collect and share with relevant functions installed base, customer, segment and competitive data
• request from Services Commercial Operations team offers (if within assigned sales portfolio)
• provide well defined leads to regional sales managers (if not within assigned sales portfolio)
• achieve quarterly and annual orders and contribution margin targets, within respective Delegation of Authority
• follow-up closely on the generated and repetitive opportunities on a regular basis
• provide sales forecast regularly
• Hand-over of orders to execution teams

• Fluent in German or German & Dutch (depending on the supported region) as well as English  

Desired Qualifications:

• Out-bound-call experience
• Customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of gas engines
